
Pastor Robert Wall and his wife Jan, have been in full-time ministry for over 30 years. Pastor Wall in the early days served as a Christian School Administrator and Assistant Pastor. He has served as senior pastor in three churches in Michigan and has had very successful ministries. Pastor Wall left Fostoria Baptist Church in September 2009, where he and his wife served the Lord for 15 years, to follow God’s leading and become the Pastor of FaithWay Baptist Church as well as the President of FaithWay Baptist College of Canada. He is passionate about training this generation to love and serve God and to make a difference here in Canada and around the world.
Pastor Wall is committed to teaching and preaching the Word of God. His messages are soul-searching, practical and helpful for everyday living. Mrs. Wall teaches kindergarten at FaithWay Baptist School and leads the ladies’ ministries in the church. They have two daughters, one married son and three grandchildren.
David Bowler joined the pastoral staff in April 1992. He served as a church planter and senior pastor of Eastbourne Bible Baptist Church in Scarborough, Ontario, for 16 years. He then was led of the Lord to accept the invitation to assist in the ministry of FaithWay Baptist Church and College. He serves as Vice- President and Dean of FBCC and is involved in many aspects of the ministry. His wife Robin is a graduate of FaithWay Baptist College of Canada and presently teaches grade 7 and 8 at FaithWay Baptist School.
The Bowlers have 4 adult children - three in full-time ministry. They also are blessed with five grandchildren.

In August 2012, Pastor David Wiebe joined the pastoral team of FaithWay Baptist Church. Prior to coming to FaithWay, Pastor Wiebe served as adjunct faculty of FaithWay Baptist College of Canada. Pastor and Mrs. Wiebe planted New Life Baptist Church in Maple, Ontario in September 2009. The Wiebes also served at Greater Vancouver Baptist Church in Vancouver, B.C. for almost 6 years. Pastor Wiebe served alongside Pastor Gordon Conner as assistant pastor at Greater Vancouver Baptist Church in Vancouver where he and his wife were involved in the youth and music ministries.
The Wiebes have two daughters and one son. Mrs. Wiebe is a stay-home mom and helps out in various ministries at FaithWay.
